WhatsApp AI Assistant is designed for legitimate communication and productivity. Users must not use the Service for indiscriminate or unlawful bulk messaging.
Users must:
- Contact recipients only where they have an appropriate basis to do so
- Follow applicable messaging rules
- Respect opt-outs
- Accurately identify themselves where required
- Avoid misleading subject matter or claims
- Avoid repeatedly contacting recipients who have indicated they are not interested
Users must not use artificial intelligence to disguise abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful mass messaging as personalized communication.
Opt-out
Where applicable, marketing communications should provide recipients with a reasonable method to stop future communications. If a recipient asks not to be contacted, the sender must honor that request.
Enforcement
We may impose rate limitations, sending restrictions, account review, temporary suspension, or permanent termination where abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
